Pulsepak powerbank Warranty
There is a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on PulsePak. As the importer for New Zealand we will honour this 1 year warranty. If the product is defective we will replace it. The warranty covers only the PulsePak battery and not other products. Be adviced that mechanical damages such as damage to the connector due to not retracting it are not covered by this warranty.
All Lithium Ion / Polymer batteries will lose capacity over time, this is normal behaviour. As PulsePak is a backup battery, it should outlast your phone's battery many times over.

When could YOU use Pulsepak?
You might not belong to either of the above groups or maybe all of them. Fact is that even the most organised of us can run out of battery power for our phone. It could be our phone playing up and suddenly using a lot of power due to some app or being out of range of cell phone towers. It could be that someone borrowed our charger cable that we needed. The feeling of not having enough power left is quite disturbing. What if someone needs to contact us or we can't remember an address or a whole range of other things we need that phone for?
What if something happens and you don't have enough battery left and you can't charge your phone?
Whether it's just for peace of mind or you actually use it actively, it is good to have PulsePak with you, it will give you that extra talking time. As it is very light and small, just forget you have it with you while it is on your key chain or in your purse or bag.
